Former Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic was found dead in his cell today, the victim of an apparent heart attack. The deposed dictator had spent roughly the last five years in The Hague where he has been standing trail on accusations of genocide and other crimes against humanity before the world criminal court. Milosevics heart problems had long delayed the completion of his trial which seemed to drag on endlessly.
