Charles Lane is 101

Happy birthday to prolific character actor Charles Lane who turned 101 years old on Thursday. Lane, who has a list of over 300 credits on the internet movie database, is the last surviving adult cast member of Frank Capras classic Its A Wonderful Life (as the bank examiner he looked deceptively ancient). At last years TV Land awards the then 100 year old Lane still very alert and aware told the audience he was still available for work.
